Ansty Hall Coventry Wedding Photography – Joanne & Adrian
“But it’s you I fell into”
Despite date swaps and venue changes, we made it happen. I always knew Joanne and Adrian’s big day was going to be badass and I couldn’t wait to capture it for them. My morning was spent with Joanne and the girls as they got ready at Ansty Hall in Coventry, a relaxed morning of Prosecco and pom poms whilst my boy Simon handled second shooting duties capturing the lads getting ready at their home. His was a morning of tattoos, rum, vinyls and tortoises (big up my fellow tortoise buddies). The ceremony was in St James’ Church just a short walk across the grounds of Ansty Hall, in the beautiful dress made by her mother Joanne was escorted by her incredibly proud father to join her future husband at the alter. Vows were made, hymns were sung, an awesome high five/fist pump/handshake/first kiss was beautifully executed…and it was time for drinks and partying. As the sun began to set we ran into a nearby field for some ledge photos until that was halted by a herd of stampeding cows…well, a herd of cows that were very slowly walking towards us.
Huge thanks to Joanne and Adrian for being legends and to Simon Brettell for general photography badassery. Here is a little of what we saw:
Such a brilliant day Roo, thanks for having me along for the ride. Joanne, Adrian and their friends and family were such great company and helped make it such an amazing day
