Best of 2017

And just like that, another year comes to an end! I think there may be an international conspiracy that involved days being stolen from 2017 as I can’t quite believe how quickly it has gone. My wedding adventures this year took me all around the country and even further afield including incredible trips to the South of France and Santorini, at each stage having the incredible honour of being able to capture true love stories…. and for some reason lots of grooms doing wees outside.

I managed to keep my ripped trousers total down to just two this year, and I didn’t break a single lens! A new record for me that. I want to take this opportunity to give some big shouts outs to the people that have helped make 2017 an awesome success, my amazing wife Jade for the continued support and encouragement to develop my business. You can imagine it’s a pretty hard sell saying you are starting a business that involves being away most weekends at other peoples parties. But she has always been my biggest fan, supporting me every step of the way…..and putting up with my weird youtube habits (watching people varnish floors is my new fave …and of course the classic ‘Fart Compilation’).

My in-laws Nigel and Angela (that’s their Sunday names) for letting us live with them when we were briefly homeless during the worlds longest ever house move…right in the middle of wedding season, oooosh! My main man Leggs for helping me move all the proper heavy stuff that my girl arms couldn’t manage during the worlds longest ever house move. My photography bestie Jonathan ‘Tank’ Coates, we started this wedding photography journey together and it’s been amazing seeing our small businesses grow, thanks for the support, badass spreadsheets, 90s football podcast recommendations and curry nights!

And last but not least a massive huge mega big ginormous oooshya babbee THANK YOU to all my incredible couples that have let me into their lives this year, it has been an absolute pleasure to be able to tell your stories and I love you all. (Even the ones that support the Blues *cough* Tom *cough*. )
